Non Destructive Evaluation (NDE) is the method of evaluating material or object without to damage or make worse. This method is used in process and quality controls and it is also used to evaluate of aircraft, power plants, turbines, nuclear reactor. Electro thermal model is used to find the defects in metals, semiconductor and composite materials etc. till now research has not been taken place to find the defects in coating which leads to this research proposal. This proposed work will find the defects in coating by using electro thermal model based on MATLAB programming.
